Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Coach: Voetbal application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Coach: Voetbal is an application designed for amateur football coaches to manage their team, track matches, and plan lineups, including a built-in substitution timer to fairly distribute playtime among players.

3. Subscription Terms

Coach: Voetbal offers a premium subscription service with the following terms:

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

4. Team Data and Player Information

As a coach, you are responsible for the data of players you add to the App (such as names, shirt numbers, and positions). Because amateur coaches' teams often include minor players, you represent that you are authorized to enter this data, for example through your role at the club or with the consent of the relevant parent(s) or guardian(s) where legally required.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Major Monkey BV and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Major Monkey BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
